Our Classic Builds include:  ​Mechanical

  • Engine: Engine flushed, inspected, and rebuilt as needed. New oil, filter, belts, and hoses installed

  • Gearbox and Transfer Box: All components inspected, resealed, or rebuilt as needed, new fluids installed  

  • Clutch: Serviced and rebuilt as needed

  • Radiator and Cooling System: Inspected and repaired or replaced as needed

  • Axles: Serviced with new axle shafts, drive flanges, hub seals, and axle bearings

  • Differential: Inspected and serviced, new fluids installed

  • Driveshafts: New front and rear driveshafts installed

  • Suspension: Inspected, serviced with new OEM shocks and springs installed

  • Brake system: Inspected and rebuilt with new rotors/drums, pads/shoes, and fluid

  • Steering: Steering Box and all steering components are inspected and serviced

  • ​Body
  • Body: Full disassembly and thorough inspection of all body parts. Any parts that do not meet the Dfenderland quality standards are replaced

  • Paint: New paint, typically in the factory color. All interior panels are painted on both surfaces

  • Hardware: All new hardware used during assembly

  • Seals: New seals installed during the assembly

  • Glass: New OEM quality glass installed during the assembly

  • Tint: All glass behind the driver’s doors are tinted

  • ​Electrical
  • Full electrical inspection with components repaired or replaced as needed

  • Fuses: New fuses installed

  • ​Standard Equipment Exterior
  • Standard Defender front bumper

  • Standard Defender grill and surrounds

  • Wolf steel wheels

  • Yokohama Geolandar tires (MT or AT)

  • Trucklite, or equivalent LED headlights

  • LED marker, brake, turn signals, and indicator lights

  • ​Standard Equipment Interior
  • New carpeting

  • New headliner

  • Seating updated with new foam and surfaces

  • USB charging port replaces cigarette lighter

  • LED bulbs installed in all dash gauges and dome lights
